Bolsterette

The bolsterette is a compact and versatile Yoga accessory. About a fifth the size of a regular bolster, it’s perfect for targeted support in various poses. It provides gentle support for the head and knees in Shavasana, enhancing relaxation, and supports the knees in Seated Forward Fold or similar poses, reducing strain and improving comfort. When placed on each shoulder, it gently lengthens the neck muscles and encourages deep relaxation. Held in the arms during a Standing Forward Fold, it helps deepen the stretch in the back.
It can also be used under the sit bones in seated positions to promote a comfortable and aligned posture or placed under the upper back or chest in reclined poses to facilitate gentle heart-opening and better breathing. Usually sold in pairs for added functionality, the bolsterette features two layers: an inner white cushion and an outer colorful cover with a hidden zipper, making the cover easy to remove and wash. It also includes a convenient handle, just like a full-sized bolster, for easy portability.
