
My Yoga journey began in 2020 during the height of the coronavirus pandemic – a time when many of us were searching for ways to find balance amid uncertainty. Yoga quickly became that source of balance for me, and then some: it offered strength, calm, and a deep sense of connection.
Eager to deepen my understanding, I completed over 700 hours of training, including foundational and advanced teacher training as well as a Yoga Therapy course. These experiences have shaped my holistic approach to teaching, one that weaves together the body, breath, mind, spirit, and bliss. I also love creating tools to support others in their practice. My handmade Yoga accessories are designed with intention and care. They include eye cushions, bolsterettes, weight bags, and more. ng alignment, these are powerful additions to any practice.
Outside of teaching and crafting, I share my reflections on Yoga, wellness, and mindful living through my blog. Writing allows me to explore how Yoga touches every aspect of life and to connect with others on their wellness journey. Thank you for visiting Serene.
